Trauma Release Breathwork
At the root of every trigger, physical symptom, or relationship pain is often a younger part of us — a child within — who didn’t receive the love, safety, or support they needed.
Many of us learned protective behaviors — controlling or manipulating, avoiding, detaching, blaming, addictions to work drugs and food, or staying small and holding back our truth— because it was the only way to survive when we had no control, voice, or help. Those strategies once kept us safe, but now they can keep us from joy, growth, and deep connection. It's making our body physically sick as well.
As Dr. Gabor Maté shares, unprocessed trauma can quietly disrupt your nervous system and weaken your immune system over time. This is where inflammation and disease begins. Yet, all wounds can heal even emotional ones.
