How Can Breathwork Help Me?
Chronic stress and buried emotions can take a real toll on the body—leading to pain, fatigue, anxiety, or illness. As Dr. Gabor Maté explains, unprocessed trauma can disrupt the nervous system and weaken the immune system over time.
Breathwork helps your body release that stored tension. It shifts you from survival mode back into balance—so your body can rest, restore, and heal.
