It was one of the best breathwork sessions I have experienced. I felt free to take the breath at my own pace and intensity. Miranda's cues and guidance were supportive as I was able to go really deep- I was able to drop into my body and immerse myself in what my body needed.

I felt so safe, so held, so supported! Miranda's facilitation style is a real gift to share with the world. I am celebrating her ability to make me feel so safe & at ease. Her choice of affirmations soothed and allowed me to have my own spiritual experience. Her loving presence was so apparent as I was guided by her gentle voice.

What is a regulated Nervous System?

A regulated nervous system doesn’t mean you’re calm all the time—it means you can move through life’s ups and downs without getting stuck in stress, anxiety, or shutdown.

It’s what helps you feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them. It supports your physical health, emotional balance, and ability to stay present in relationships, work, and daily life.

Breathwork helps rebuild this inner flexibility. It trains your body to handle stress with more ease and reconnects you to your natural state of peace and presence.

Want to try a simple breath practice?

Take a slow, steady inhale… then gently slow down your exhale. Repeat this 3–5 times.

If intentional breath feels challenging, simply observe your natural breath.

Place a hand on your heart and feel without trying to change or fix anything to bring you back to your body and help you connect inward—just presence.
