Hi, I'm Miranda
I'm a certified trauma-informed breathwork coach using and IFS (internal family systems) and Somatic (body-based) approach to whole-body healing.
I know this work because I've lived it. For 24 years, I suffered from a chronic inflammatory illness- extreme pain, countless symptoms, diets and medications that never worked. It wasn't until I discovered the root cause was emotional distress and unprocessed trauma stored in my body that everything shifted.
Through breathwork, nervous system healing, and reconnecting with my inner child, I learned to release what my body had been holding. And my health, my relationships, my entire life transformed.
Now, I guide others to do the same.
